Holiday Event - Santa Barbara Revels' The Christmas Revels: In Celebration of the Winter Solstice

We are very proud here at Wilson Printing to be the printer of choice for many of Santa Barbara's finest holiday events.

One of these events is the Santa Barbara Revels' presentation of The Christmas Revels: In Celebration of the Winter Solstice. Wilson Printing is very proud that one of our own, Sales Rep Steve Jones, is a member of this great performance group.

Santa Barbara Revels' production of The Christmas Revels: In Celebration of the Winter Solstice celebrates the Yuletide with beloved music, lively dances, engrossing stories, and fascinating seasonal rituals drawn from times and places far and near. Journey to early 19th century Bavaria to explore the roots of modern Christmas that originate in Nordic/German traditions and come flavored with the spices of Europe. Gemütlichkeit abounds!

Dates and Location:

December 17th at 2:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. at the Lobero Theatre, 33 East Canon Perdido.

Holiday Card Printing

It's that time of year for Holiday Cards! The best advice is get them printed and mailed early!

Facebook Check-In QR Codes

One of the growing trends in social media marketing is the use of Facebook check-ins. People check-in to a location, for example a retail store, or to an event letting other people know that they are there.

People usually check-in using the Facebook application; however, they can also check-in by scanning a QR Code that activates the check-in. A poster with the check-in is a great reminder to people that they can check-in. The above QR Code initiates a check in to the Wilson Printing location - try it out!

An important thing to remember if you are going to make a poster with a Facebook check-in QR Code - make sure that people are actually able to scan it in! Make the image and poster big enough so people can read it. Don't make it too big so that the scanner can't read the entire image.
